Shipping policy

For shipping within Singapore, In the checkout, you can choose from 2 options:

• Shipping: We deliver your orders to you via Speedpost at a flat fee of $6, and free shipping when you spend $100 or more.
• After your package have been mailed, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
• Please expect 5-10 days for your orders to arrive.
  

• Store Pick Up: You can also opt for store pick up from the physical store (7B Aliwal Street, L3 Chenn Leonn Building 199900 Singapore). You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for collection. 

REFUNDS

All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or has issues, or you have been sent the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@bizarromarket.mom. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
